Talk about risk, have a review on the presentation released today for UBS. Slide 10, CBA have large % of Home loan market, 60% of customer in 2+ advance payment, portfolio average LVR at 40%.
If property market in Australia down 30% in general , there are still 30% safety margin for the bank. I wonder how the other bank doing...
CBA is long term hold and good accumulation now if have good spare cash. IMO, DYOR
