re: btv director converts 2,012,318 btvoa's (6-10- bwana, couldn't you have simply changed your postal address/address temporarily (to family in Australia, or even a small secretarial service in Australia etc.) and organised a redirection
of all/any mail to get around that clause?
Thats the way I would have done it, if found in the same circumstances!
