IMO shows the diference in quality of management between 2 coys.

I remember reading in some anns that BTV's issue wasn't open to non residents but didn't think to warn you as at that time I didn't know you were an expat (hope it's somewhere nice!). We were expats in Singapore awhile ago & loved it.

I've decided not to take up issue, have been buying at market lows and will cont but still very cautious here. I still think it's being played and end of Nov will tell.
