    Get your facts straight. I hold BTV and think they have good prospects -and I was looking forward to an incentive to take up the rights. That incentive has vanished -that is the point. The company's prospects have nothing to do with paying more for a share (stuff the options -who knows what they will be worth) than the current share price. Even if the options put you a smidgin ahead it is no real incentive.

    To the other poster - how do you know the subunderwriting is secure ?
