    Yes, you are right.

    So there will have to be a share issue to cover the US$2.55 million, once CFR has entered the door into the JV.

    This sounds a bit like those ads for software that offer a 'free download', but you pay before you can use.

    Let's hope the share issue is not restricted to so-called sophisticated investors. It's time the unsophisticated mob got a chance to see CFR redeem itself.
