I am suggesting that when one side of a JV has one lawyer and a CEO and is a spec start-up... and the other side has 17 lawyers a CEO and a reputation they're trying to protect...
We know HX therefore FBR were ready to build on a building site... and did so just 10 days after ending the JV
Thus my conclusion Brickworks was holding us back and FBR ended the JV...
