So, you seem to be saying, and please correct me if I am wrong, that if by the end of August or xmas there's still no sub agreements signed, still no cement poured, still no local buyers for the product ... and history continues to repeat itself ... well, shareholders should just accept these missed deadlines and unfulfilled promises as business as usual ... don't ask questions, don't complain, just accept what is given and be silent.
