    Completely agree on the welfare front. I have not, nor will I ever have my hand out for middle welfare. Not that I qualify or need it anyway.
    But on the tax issue, I do think what is good for the goose, is good for the gander. We have let the wealthy and foreign business' get away with offshore money shuffling for a long time. I think this needs to change to ease the dependence on the stretching middle class. MT appears to know all about this. That is only one problem of many though.

    Something needs to change, we just need someone ballsy enough to tackle the issue head on. That won't win votes though....

    A greater focus on using taxation money efficiently would have a greater benefit than trying to raise more tax revenue imo

    What is the definition of middle these days anyway? It seems to becoming a blurry line...
