True however as was recently demonstrated this can be changed by way of a vote for a change of the constitution as had to be done to cover the WCB takeover.

So i guess if someone wished to do it they could make a bid and request a meeting for a change of the constitution. With the right offer on the board I am sure it would probably happen.

Is this possible smarter minds then mine will know whether it can or not, but by the recent strong price growth I think someone must think it can.
