    I reckon a no brainer buy or contemplation is to look elsewhere in a more stabled financial balance sheet say for instance Bhp or Rio?

    What makes this compelling buy? Because it had a violent sell down and cheap? How long can the financial cope if iop stays below cop? I am not implying but that is the risks moving forward.
