Even if they do publish a 5B cash flow statement, it won't have a balance sheet. Management can make the avaialble cash look more than it is by using terms like "cash and cash equivalents". Stretching the trade creditors will also give an inflated cash balance at the end of the quarter; the cash disappears immediately following the balance date. Don't forget the extents this Co has gone to manage image at all costs.
