I can't see anything in the offer document but let's assume that the shares would be escrowed for them to get the profit share arrangement in place which is locked in to May 2017. Assuming this, the liquidity would then be light because sellers will have apathy at these levels resulting in a move upwards to the last level of trading when volumes were high ie 12c.

Hold on for that short squeeze, shorters will be wearing their pants around their ears!
