The childcare business model has a lot of fixed costs ie rent and wages and variable revenue ie the fees from the parents.
Maybe they need to reduce the daily childcare rate slightly for the child care centres with the lower occupancy levels.
Some parents will move to a cheaper childcare centre to save $10 per day.
