I never held (thank god) but something smelt fishy about the way this ended.
Colonial was a success and was turning a profit, then came in the terrace boys got some high profile 'perthalites' on board and loaded the coffers with cash via the asx. The cash quickly dissapears and so does everything else?? got me stuffed.
micro-breweries can be very profitable if they are run properly and with a tight reign on the books, as with any business.
imo the best way forward would be to dish the remaining funds back to shareholders and close the books and stop the suffering. i mean all this talk of resource opportunities, what would some of those directors know about shiny rocks?
