I own not an insigificant amount of EMS shares and thankfully havent received anything.

I had no idea this was taking place.

Its very surprising. I mean trying to paint a certain picture to shareholders isnt going to acheive anything, unless you want to put forward a shareholder resolution to make changes to the board.

Also, if not done properly, the letter/documents run the risk of actually making the credibility of your argument appear worse than what it may already be.
You state that the documents appear unprofessional, so I wonder whether this is the case.

Sounds like sour grapes to me; and if it is being done by DS and Co, it sounds like they may not have a strong enough legal case and hope to "go down swinging"
