Going to be very interested in the reply Andrew. Thanks - I read the proposal as essentially a million bucks free money to trade PYCs with no downside risk. 5% of the company! My biggest metric of good management is ROC - what's that saying about management's use of capital?!
Not a FPO holder, so I don't get a say in it, but boy that stinks. Regardless of the technicalities, it sure stinks of personal profiteering at the expense of the company.
