The stock is (currently) thinly traded here in OZ TheJudge but it won't always be that way, IMHO. There are a little over 2M shares on issue, (of 23M in total) that trade here on the ASX. Since the SP 'consolidation' (20-1) and the shareprice 'reverse split' (5-1) liquidity has become an issue, to a degree. Fact is, very few aere selling. The other problem is, the amount of 'small' (unmarketable) parcels that have eventualted, since the abovementioned occurances. (Reality is, IF you held say, 1000 LOK shares before the above, you now have 10 shares).

smuggler did point out (once) the number of shares involved (as such) in 'unmarketable' parcels and short of doing a David Tweed, either Looksmart, you or, myself may need to approach the ASX with a 'buy-off' offer of say, less 30% of previous 10 days average trading, (and agree'd on by both parties) to then help those holding such parcels, to bring these shares back into circulation.

Depth?

Mind you, there are few buyers of the stock these days as many really know little of the market segment they are now operating in. They have/were burnt by Looksmart in the past and ....'once bitten, thwice shy' ... You know......I bought more just a few days ago, @ $6.49c & $6.50c

It really IS exciting and the 12M Furl "users" (see a previous post) should be evidence enough for publisher/media Co's to realise (& they appear to be favourable to it) that, Looksmart (with Furl) is,.....

"the way to go"!!

smuggler continues to "trot out" some pretty ordinary "slows" and as late as this morning, threw in for a 2nd run, a leasing requirement "scare", that he say, has Looksmart going broke, by june!!!

Like, Looksmart have told of a partnership with 35 Fox TV Site, last thursady morning, and I can assure you, Rupert Murdoch would hardly be putting his 'eggs' in Looksmart's basket, if the Co was about to go broke!!!

$43M is what they had (end december) and with one or, two Furl 'deals' we know of, may have even improved this position, during this Q2 period.

But the big picture is built around a 'content consortium', many feel is taking shape ....and .....

I CERTAINLY AM ONE OF THEM.

I do keep my 'finger on the pulse' and feel they are great value 'sub' $6.00pps, which is just .06cps in 'old' share price values!
