No CG1 uses activated carbon to clean sulphur and mercury mainly from USA power plant emissions. It is diversifying into wastewater treatment, but not lakes. I hold shares.
CLX is a closer potential competitor to PET and has treated a lake in Malaysia with a magnesium based product, but is more into aquaculture.
"Current commercial activity focuses on water and wastewater applications of Calix's high reactivity magnesium oxide, including sewer network improvement, industrial wastewater treatment, bio-treater and biogas efficiency enhancement, and aquaculture farming system improvement."
