re: rio rent refunded There is no cost for an extension of term in WA. The payment was the rent for the following year. There was no following year so the rent, and I repeat, the rent was refunded. The payment means nothing. It was a pre-payment for something that never accured.

If CAZ doesnt get this it will change the face of mining in WA as it will bring in soverign risk. If I was the Minister in a state that derives so much of its economic power from a mining act, I would not even entertain RIO as this will have far reaching concerns for years.
