re appointment of Anthony John Clarke as director -am I correct in that he has no or minimal equity or financial interest in PPX? I prefer where directors have their skin in the game....it helps with their focus on SH return.

Can u pls also provide some extra insights re " address their capital management issues" as I too was of the view PPX's problem was margin not debt.

IMHO although unlikely to redeem at FV would be good if hybrids were converted as although they don't have to pay coupon it would none-the-less "retire" ~ $250 million of debt.

Best scenario for us is is PPX gets bought out. Just noticed CBS now a substantial holder. No idea what this means in terms of PPX but would assume they think PPX is a fair bet.

I too believe PXUPA represents value so will need to play the waiting game
