Every agent in Perth is saying now is the time to buy. They were all saying that one year ago, and prices subsequently fell. I can provide you links showing real estate agents in the USA in 2005/2006 saying it is time to buy.

Perth and WA were already in the "mining boom", with historically low unemployment over the last year, and prices went down. Now with higher rates, more global uncertainty, carbon tax, etc, how are we to expect them to start going up?
