With only 54K traded so far today, perhaps the question should be...

Where have all the sellers gone?

At market hits more or less equal from both sides today...so clearly we have a stalemate.

For that to happen when it is showing weakness, in my books is a bullish sign.

I am in the market to buy more...but no hurry at this point as there is little competition for the stock...they can come to me.

Obviously the parent has not been selling last few days.
