Sounds to me like you are just a disgruntled holder looking for a jackpot payout, which may or may not eventuate. The only motivation for holding shares is for a dividend or a capital appreciation (this could be takeover driven). Problem is, IBR doesn't produce anything at present, in spite of what the minority may believe and if I know anything about how mining companies work, there will be many millions of dolars yet to be spent before they do. If it is debt driven, shareholders just wait in line.....

I would have thought that a smaller part of a larger pie would have been better.
