It's obvieous that they are going to JV with major, $30M is required to finalise testing and there is only $5M in the bank. I've spoken to managment yesterday we should here something in the next week or two, but defenetly a major in the gas industry in close negotiation hopefully it will be wraped up soon. But the testing should commence in a week's time apparently, this would be total waste of mony IMHU if the deal is stiched with a major.

I'am pleased with the managment, they are doing a great job and in a month or two the ICN SP should be double where it is today!
