still here, sitting in silence.
the 4DS share price has suffered in the last week or so through option sales, and positions being accumulated by bots. The price is being pushed lower through mechanisms beyond retail control.

to be honest, whilst I keep an eye on it, it doesn't really matter whether is at 10c or 30c.... once DM and IMEC announce their strategy, then all hell will break loose once we know the path forward.

if 4DS announce they have commenced conversations with several interested parties via IMEC, then the share price will rocket upwards.

The next 2 weeks is crucial - DM and team in IMEC next week. a plan for next steps being crafted. will there be a PL5? not sure. perhaps. depends on whether they think they can make the product much more valuable if they are successful. it all comes down to risk reward discussions. They have proven that the tech works, is scalable, reliable and performance metrics are outstanding. they have an MVP - minimum viable product - that is saleable.

IMEC will advise what they think this technology is worth now - and what it may be worth if they iterate one more time and gain success.

I expect a big move nearer the end of the year once we have some suitors identified and work has commenced working with these organisations on a due diligence evaluation process.

commercialisation will happen in 2024 - I suspect sale late 2024.
share price? could be anything. I still think this is in the $2-$2.50 range, valuing the business at between $3.5 - $5b IF the technology is that good.

so as a LTH, I can now go back under my rock and sit once more in silence.
