    Not exactly. I agree with you that EV demand won't reach the numbers planned. But you are ignoring the top industries that use eare earths which include glass (biggest), magnets (turbines etc), polishing, catalysts, metallurgy. They're huge and at this stage CAGR over 10% next 10 years with or without EV's.
