Plus all mining projects costs hundreds of millions to built. Not mentioning those millions of dollars to operate a mine alone. Projects can easily go losing tens of millions if they aren’t in the right market at the right time.
REE already sent VML gone into administration by developing the mine too quickly in Canada but not survive through the period where all these critical minerals being overlooked and over supplied.
