    What a ridiculous suggestion. If you have an issue with the financial matters of the company that you think might prejudice your holding as an investment then call the CFO or a main board director. Running ill informed to ASIC would be preposterous and potentially defamatory. These "loans" you refer to may be collateralised and repayable. DYOR better
