I have to say of all the stocks I own PRR is the most consistant with the flow of info.
I regularly get info Mailed to my home (More so than any of the others).
Their web site is informative, then there are the other links to the comapny you can access via google.
The ann's that have come through contain real information.
Personally I feel that whilst we all would like to have a live fly on the wall type stream of info, I would rather they got on with the work at the core of the business which is the marketing of the Company and product.
As for the NASDAQ I would assume that they are no less beurocratic and constipated with red tape than our own ASX.
