yup, the bullies are not proving to be much joy at the moment.
did I mention that I actually saw the their one and only grand final win in 1954 - I was just a young teenager .... now that really dates me..
after having a closer look the energy stocks the ones that I have sifted out are not too bad - betas of 1.05 t0 1.15 (banks have betas of about 0.5).
and yup, I do know the type of gas and oil stocks you are referring to - have been involved with quite a few myself .
