I actually think the job losses that seem looming here in Australia, will be the next catalyst for a decline in prices. Even if tares are lowered peoples confidence has been zapped, and they will be more cautious, and not over commit as much.
any in the investor club i think would be feeling the pinch, and imo thats is like a ponzi scheme, that will crumble if thy cant recruit new people in..
