re: offer value If the meeting gets a YES vote does this mean that Tullow will succeed. I thought they would still have to buy the shares at $2.02 or increase their offer.
Surely all the buyers aren't increasing their holdings to sell at a loss.
I don't know whether I am missing something here or not.
