The Board of Directors of Bassari Resources Limited advises that Mr Malik Easah has resigned as a director of the company, with immediate effect. Malik was appointed a director at Bassari’s shareholder meeting held 7 May 2021 and has contributed significantly to the agreement reached with Bishop Resources NL. Your directors would like to thank Malik for his efforts and support during the period he was a director.
