Speaking of fundamentals....
ALU at 30/6 had 11.2c/share (cash+recievables-payables-debt). It has virtually no debt - how can this be "terminal problems"?
Where do you get $40m+ spent on staff/management? My understanding is total employee expense (incl management) was around $21m, remember total revenue was just over $40m!
Basing investment decisions on future exchange rates can be misguided.
Yes Portfolio Partners are trying to sell shares, but 2m went through yesterday, so how many to go? It seems their selling is the only reason for the price decline. Often the best time to buy is when these so called professionals are selling!
I'm not trying to defend the company, just playing devils advocate or giving a contrarian view - it pays to keep an open mind.
