have i missed a release

I have been on holidays for 3 weeks and just read the companies latest Good Oil presentation.
I must have missed something in my absence as i was under the impression that we were still awaiting the outcome of Due Dilligence on the UK deal even though they stated back in July that they were expecting it to be finalised within a week (now the 7th September and still no word from company) yet in their preso they indicate that it is a done deal????????
Just what is this management up to? they tell their shareholders stuff all and then allude to the UK deal as done without a word re the due dilligence?
What was Ken doing in the UK, nothing re that trip either, are the KEY shareholders picking up the tab for that, if so how about some info what the agenda was???
I feel like we are being treated like mug punters at present!!!
