As always, what you pay is most important.
That said, I've been pretty happy with both BKW and SOL over the years. Mr Robert Millner generally looks after small shareholders although SOL at present will suffer somewhat from reduced dividends received by its large stable of equity investments.
The Queensland government also ought be approving NHC New Acland Mine Stage 3 outside Toowomba, Qld. SOL has shares in NHC IIRC. (NHC is another Millner 'family company' in which one can invest, as are MLT and BKI among others.
