Very positive.
One omission was that because governments enjoy being reelected, it's highly likely that the Federal Coalition Government will do it all can to intelligently support non-unionised homebuilding, because it's good for Australia and also in line with the Menzian vision of the founder of the Liberal Party of Australia.
This encourages home ownership. It hasn't been good for civic society that the percentage of Australians owning a home has declined.
BKW is not perfect: some of its investment portfolio, particularly the banks, have been underperformers, but BKW is a company looking to the future. It's particularly exciting that it's starting to rationalise the USA brickmakers it's taken over, delivering productivity improvements.
Plus the Amazon deal that was mentioned above is evidence as to how well BKW and GMG, each with their own skill set, collaborate.
