landman, it's not that your money is not welcome here but rather our corporate statements are not welcome in US markets and the cost of compliance is prohibitive.
Standard practice for most cap raisings, prospectus always excludes Nth American markets. This why so many small & mid caps trade thru ADR's in the US.
