OK I will say it.
(1)Cohen has been criticised for trading in ISF.
(2)Cohen has been critisised for sending out an advice to the market then almost two weeks later clearing up some misunderstandings.

To the first criticism he has bought 9000000 shares plus 1.5m rights. I see that as a positive because he disposed of 10m shares and strueth he is buying

To the second criticism, I see nothing misleasing about the first statement. the main new point in the second statement was the board changes which would have happened within the intervening 2 weeks I imagine.

I see asic has nothing to look at.
