    Some comments:

    1. The shares appear to have been sold and acquired by RJL Investments Pty Ltd.
    2. The shares they acquired were acquired off-market. It is possible they were acquired under the pre-emptive agreement they have to purchase shares from OCP. I can think of several reasons why RJL might have wanted to be the acquirer if offered under the agreement.
    3. It appears they sold shares on market to fund the purchase. The average price sold for was only 25.3cps vs purchase at 26.7cps - i.e. they were forced to sell at close to the lows and needed to sell more than they purchased.
    4. As a result of RJL's direct holding decreasing slightly, there is an automatic increase in the number of shares held by OCP over which RJL have a pre-emptive interest, as there is a limit of 19.99%.
    5. Note that OCP and RJL can both transact in up to about 10.3m shares before having to file a SSH - it is possible this transaction has been designed to come in under that level.
