    Whole Scheme stinks badly.

    Share holders are asked to form $18 Millions(CASH) to pay Directors for GUP scheme(Gold Upside Potential).

    Gold has peaked and it going down since last two months. Now they are cashing their own scheme.

    It make no sense to me that public to fund directors scheme.
