    I like the thought of all of us contacting ASIC and lodging a formal complaint, but we may need a little more meat on the bone.


    You state in point 1:



    "1. A group of investors representing over 5% of the issues shares in the company have put a plan forward to change the board, meet compliance and attempt to save the company. They have an aim to get the company up and trading again on the ASX as soon as possible. The company directors being Ms Xue Dongping and Ms Guo Siying currently seem to be making it difficult for a meeting to be called where shareholders get to vote. They seem to be stalling the process while the company continues to do nothing."



    The first part we formally know via the ASX release, but the second part is speculative.....or is it?

    Couldn't the meeting be happening as we speak?


    As I see it, the weight behind any complaint would only be under the confirmation that those 2 directors really are putting the handbrake on as you suggest. Can you somehow please confirm this?
