Where is ASIC? Are they taking any complaints seriously? If they are investigating BWN, why are they allowing it to continue operating and trading on the ASX.
BWN should be put in a trading holt pending an investigation, until all shareholder complaints and obvious company breaches (as already highlighted by others in recent posts) have been delt with accordingly. This take over bid should be immediately suspended before they all0w it to progress too far down the track.
I want to hear some press on how ASIC is fighting for shareholders rights - is that not why they are there?!
