Hi all,

This is lifted from Sf's post the other day and got me thinking.

Conditions of the second tranche to be voted this Friday:

(a) the maximum number of Shares to be issued is 59,200,000;
(b) the Shares will be issued no later than 3 months after the date of the
(c) the issue price will be $0.04 per Share;
(d) the Shares will be allotted and issued to clients of Bell Potter Securities
Limited

Point b) is of particular note. I wonder if the shares are going to be issued straight away or will they bide their time and wait for the shareprice to show some life. If the latter, this pump to 4c and beyond could take until mid July which would again be a disaster as the price will always revert back to 4c for all those short term profit makers. Hopefully not!
