    Look a bit "bottomy" (opposite of toppy) to me would be expecting a mini rally shortly if it has infact touched the short term bottom... Sooner or later the market will return to a fundamental comparison to its peers to derive relative value... And you are right incredibly cheap right now ...

    All is IMHO DYOR to confirm
