maybe that's why the scoping study numbers haven't been released (to keep the price down). If the shares would be at say 6c then the current shareholders would complain about the shares being issued at 4c at a 33% discount
I'm hoping that's the case rather than bad scoping study numbers and no cash, so a run-up in the price after the meeting.....
