TS got as much chance of JPM lending it $12B as I have imho.
Only CCP will do anything but I doubt that even as supporting a loosing shorting rich gambler is not the way for the CCP, they normally @@@ them.

TS will be declared in default and its shorts purchased back upwards on market with a stacked buy queue and the 100kt stock it doesnt even hold dumped into higher prices and so TS will have no stock, no shorts left and no cash left & no control over NP again.
LME will be returned or sold back to London no doubt and the regulators will cut TS out of the loop for good and likely blacklisted.

This will lead to 10 years of very very high NP until physical production catches up with tripled demand in about 5-10 years time. And POS will make a motza.

This is the beginning of the end of chinese NP control.
BIG SHOT will be carried away in chains or @@ imho
