Planners were the crooked little charlatans at the coal face, taking fees for no service, collecting grandfathered comissions from dead people, selling investement products that customers didn't need.
Spare me the sob story for the planners. They were the customer-facing ripoff artists taking advantage of AMP's corporate negligence and customers' ignorance.
