To whom has it "agreed to sell?" @ $5 per share? Unusually high? We don't know who the mystery buyer is do we, nor do Canmex, 'coz they mention the finders fee?!
And, the private placement (should it eventuate) is subject to REGULATORY APPROVAL ..... Oh NO!!!!! More delays!
