Mt Garnet -- Kagara Zinc Ltd: 3% NSR Zinc, Copper
Mt Kelly -- CopperCo Limited: 1% NSR Copper

1 to 3 per cent overriding royalty on production from Oceana Gold's new Reefton goldmine in New Zealand --- the entitlement could be expected to deliver Royalco about $4 million a year. – Reefton expected to commission at the end of 2006 and produce at a rate of 60,000 to 70,000 ounces per annum (6 months grace before royalty payment commence –therefore mid 2007)
